Better than the supermarket one but very little flavor and too liquidy and runny, not so creamy

Hi Najla, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry this early GCC shipment arrived warmer than it should have. We raised this with our courier and recent shipments have since been arriving in much better condition. As our Hazelnut Chocolate Butter is made without palm oil or added stabilisers, heat can make it more fluid; refrigeration will help restore a thicker, creamier texture. The flavour is intentionally less sweet, but we truly value your feedback and will keep it in mind.
