By accessing the website, creating or using a customer account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.
These Terms and Conditions should be read together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Security & Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

Retail Use of the Online Store
The online store is intended for retail consumer orders only. Products purchased through the website are for personal use, household use or gifting and are not offered through the website on wholesale, private-label or large commercial terms.
Businesses seeking wholesale, private-label, corporate or large commercial supply should submit their requirements through the Contact Us page. Nutty Nuts may respond separately with suitable products, pricing, availability and commercial terms.
Customer Accounts and Website Use
Customers may be able to place an order through a customer account or another checkout option made available on the website.
Where a customer creates or uses an account, the customer is responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity carried out through that account. Customers should notify Nutty Nuts promptly if they believe an account has been accessed without authorisation.
Customers must not:
- Use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose;
- Interfere with the security, availability or proper operation of the website;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, customer accounts or related systems;
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses or harmful material; or
- Use website content in a manner that infringes the rights of Nutty Nuts or another party.
Product Information and Allergens
Nutty Nuts takes reasonable care to describe products accurately and to provide relevant information on product pages and packaging.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, ingredient list, allergen information, cross-contamination warnings, storage instructions and suitability information before placing an order or consuming a product.
Customers with allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements should review all available information carefully before purchase and consumption. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits Nutty Nuts' responsibility for inaccurate product information, incorrect allergen declarations or unsafe products.
Natural Product Variations
Nuts, seeds, spices, dried fruits and other agricultural products may naturally vary slightly in colour, size, shape, texture and appearance. These natural differences do not necessarily mean that a product is defective or materially different from its description.
Prices, Currency, Taxes and Freight
All prices on the Nutty Nuts website are displayed and charged in UAE dirhams (AED).
The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount payable to Nutty Nuts for the order. No additional amount will be added by Nutty Nuts after the order has been placed.
For orders delivered to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman or Qatar, the product prices displayed after the relevant delivery destination has been selected include any applicable destination-country VAT, customs duties and import charges.
Freight or delivery charges are excluded from the displayed GCC product price and are calculated separately at checkout. The complete order total, including applicable freight, will be shown before payment is completed.
A customer's bank, card issuer or digital-wallet provider may independently apply a foreign-transaction, currency-conversion or other payment-related fee. Any such fee is imposed by that provider and is not charged or retained by Nutty Nuts.
Payment Methods
All website orders must be paid in full at checkout using one of the payment methods displayed as available on the website.
Accepted payment methods currently include:
- Visa;
- Mastercard;
- Apple Pay; and
- Google Pay.
Cash on delivery, bank transfer and payment-link payments are not available for website orders. An order will not be processed unless payment has been successfully authorised.
Order Placement, Confirmation and Acceptance
Before placing an order, customers must review the selected products, quantities, delivery destination, delivery address, contact information, promotional code and final amount payable.
An order is accepted by Nutty Nuts when payment has been successfully completed and an order-confirmation notification has been issued. The order confirmation records the products ordered and confirms that a binding order has been placed.
Order-related communications may be sent using the contact details provided at checkout. These may include payment confirmation, order confirmation, dispatch information, tracking updates, delivery communications, customer-service messages and product-safety notices.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Once payment has been successfully completed and an order-confirmation notification has been issued, the order is final.
Customers cannot cancel the order or request changes to the products, quantities or delivery address after the order has been placed.
This restriction does not affect claims involving damaged, defective, unsafe, missing or incorrectly supplied products under our Returns & Refunds Policy, or any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Product Availability and Substitutions
Products displayed as available on the website may be ordered subject to availability when the order is processed.
Nutty Nuts will not substitute an ordered product without the customer's prior approval.
In the unlikely event that a product cannot be supplied after payment, Nutty Nuts will contact the customer and offer either:
- A suitable substitute agreed by the customer; or
- A refund for the unavailable product.
Promotional Codes
Only one promotional code may be applied to each order.
Promotional codes must be entered at checkout before the order is placed and cannot be added retrospectively. Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Valid promotional codes may be used for UAE and GCC orders. For GCC orders, freight charges remain payable unless the promotion expressly includes delivery.
For UAE orders, eligibility for free delivery is calculated using the final merchandise value after the promotional discount has been applied.
Shipping and Delivery
Nutty Nuts delivers within the United Arab Emirates and to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar, subject to the locations serviced by our appointed courier partners.
Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch and are normally:
- 1-3 business days for UAE deliveries; and
- 3-5 business days for GCC deliveries.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Door-to-door delivery may not be available in certain remote locations, and the recipient may be required to collect the shipment from a designated courier service point.
Customers must provide a complete physical delivery address and a reachable mobile number. PO box addresses are not accepted. Delivery addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed.

Returns, Refunds and Order Issues
Returns, replacements, refunds, damaged shipments, missing products, incorrect products, product-quality concerns, failed deliveries and other order issues are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For food-safety and hygiene reasons, food and consumable products cannot normally be returned or exchanged because the customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong item or no longer requires the order.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual Property
The website and its content, including the Nutty Nuts name, logos, product names, photographs, text, graphics, designs, page layouts and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Nutty Nuts Foodstuff Factory LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Customers may view and use the website for personal shopping and other lawful, non-commercial purposes. Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, sold, commercially exploited or used to create misleading product listings without prior written permission from Nutty Nuts.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, digital wallets, courier tracking services and social-media platforms.
Nutty Nuts is not responsible for the content, availability or independent practices of third-party websites or services. Separate terms and privacy policies may apply when a customer uses a third-party service.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nutty Nuts will not be responsible for losses that are indirect, not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed, or unrelated to the purchase and delivery of the products.
This includes loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or reputation.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits Nutty Nuts' responsibility for defective or unsafe products, fraud, wilful misconduct, or any consumer right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
Nutty Nuts will make reasonable efforts to fulfil accepted orders and meet stated delivery estimates. However, processing, dispatch, delivery or other performance may be delayed by events beyond the reasonable control of Nutty Nuts or its appointed service providers.
These events may include:
- Customs inspections or regulatory reviews;
- Flight delays, cancellations or transport disruption;
- Severe weather or natural events;
- Government action, legal restrictions or border measures;
- Security incidents or public emergencies;
- Courier-network, technology or communication interruptions; or
- Other circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Where such an event occurs, the time for performance may be reasonably extended. Nutty Nuts will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and assist the customer where appropriate.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Customers should contact Nutty Nuts first regarding any complaint or dispute so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter directly.
Customers should provide the relevant order number, a clear description of the issue and any supporting information reasonably required for assessment.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
The courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or an online order, subject to any mandatory consumer right, remedy or jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable in the customer's country of residence or delivery.
Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
A delay or failure by Nutty Nuts to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
Nutty Nuts may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our products, website functions, delivery markets, service providers, operational practices or legal requirements.
