At Nutty Nuts, we’re committed to delivering your order fresh, fast, and with care so you can enjoy your products without delay.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of acceptance (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery until it reaches you.

Delivery Timelines

We use priority shipping to deliver your order within 1-3 working days from dispatch. Please note:

  • Remote areas may require an additional 1-2 working days depending on courier schedules.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays. We will keep you informed in such cases.

Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

Nutty Nuts offers:

  • Free delivery on all orders of AED 150 and above (after discounts) within the UAE.
  • Orders below AED 150 will incur a fixed delivery fee of AED 20/-, displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Local Pickup Option

For your convenience, we also offer a local pickup option from our facility. You can select this option during checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Please bring your order confirmation when you arrive for collection.

Returns Collection

In the rare case that a product needs to be returned to us for inspection or replacement, we will coordinate collection if the delivery address falls within our service areas. For locations outside our delivery zones, we will guide you on the return process on a case-by-case basis.
